About

Erica Jennifer Loh Jones—Principal
Erica is the founder and principal of Ms. Loh Design Co. and specializing in the branding, identity, editorial and event collateral needs for community based organizations. 

As the creative director of Hyphen magazine, Erica directs a team of designers and photographers. She is responsible for overseeing the brand identity of the organization at large, maintaining the design integrity of the publication, and researching and envisioning fresh new ways to engage the readership. Additionally, her responsibilities include scouting, hiring and art directing illustrators, project management, and leadership. Through Hyphen, Erica mentor young designers in the fields of editorial design and print media.

Before opening her practice, Erica worked for the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS® implementing and executing the brand identity for the organization and their charitable foundation. Prior to that, she interned at Alterpop, an award winning design firm in San Francisco. Erica holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the California College of Arts and Crafts.

Corey Jones—Partner and Senior Brand Strategist
Corey brings a wide range of skills and expertise to this partnership and specializes in product design, identity development and brand strategy. Previous clientele include Lexus, American Eagle, Fuse Project, Articulate and Sony.

As an alumni and current faculty member of the California College of the Arts (formerly the California College of Arts and Crafts), Corey teaches in the Glass, Industrial Design, Furniture and CORE programs. He was also a production designer on architectural installations and has worked on the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial and The Icefall in New York’s Hearst Tower. 

In addition, he has been an experienced technical adviser for a number of companies in the United States and England and a contributing writer for Everywhere Magazine. He was also a former speaker at AIGA’s Compost Modern Symposium.
